Re-Registration

As the parent or guardian of an graduating 5th and/or 8th grader, you may be required to re-register your student for enrollment to the 6th or 9th grade prior to the beginning of the 2019-20 school year.
 
This year we are streamlining the process to reduce district expenses and the required paperwork for families of current 5th and/or 8th graders.  Families for whom school mail has been returned as “undeliverable” by the U.S. Post Office will be contacted by their children’s schools and be required to verify their address with their child's school through the re-registration process. Directions are below.
 
Please know that during the 2019-20 school year, all families of sixth and ninth graders will be required to submit updated physicals and immunizations.  Your child’s school nurse will monitor the submission of health information during the 2019-20 school year and contact families of students with incomplete or outdated physicals or immunizations.  Please remember to update your child’s health information with your school nurse immediately following your child’s yearly health examination.

In Person Re-Registration

To re-register your child in person, prior to the first day of school please do the following:
  • Make an appointment with your child’s school registrar
  • Review and update your child’s address and contact information on the re-registration letter/email and bring a copy of that information with you to your appointment.  
  • Bring two current proofs of address and a current immunization for your child.
